Diabetes. Treat The Symptoms or Treat The Disease.

SO much of our medicine is used to treat the symptoms. Treating the symptoms is great for temporary relie f however generally our body adapts and if the dis ease in the body is not treated we become accustomed to the symptom treatment, our body builds a tolerance and we are left chasing more relief. Blood sugar is a symptom of the disease, the "dis ease" in the body. We may be able to temporarily get the blood sugar under control but if we do not make the lifestyle changes and heal the body itself then we are only procrastinating.  Type 2 diabetics need to improve circulation, reduce inflammation and increase fiber, probiotics, antioxidants and nutrient content. It is a chonic disease that wrecks havoc on the body but it can be cured through a high vegetable dense diet, damage can be repaired and life can thrive again. However there is another factor - the emotional eating or uneducated eating that lead to the poor lifestyle choices that lead to develop this disease...
