Best of all it doesn't even have a taste so no one can not like it. And yet when you are beyond thirsty it is the best tasting thing ever. Let's talk about Sleep.

You know that you don't function well on little sleep; that you turn into a mean troll with crappy sleep for a week. But did you know how important it really is to get good sleep? You've lost the childhood bedtime routine and gained the stress. Stress.  You need to recover from it. What is the number 1 way to recover from it, other than nutrition? Sleep. While you are sleeping you body is recovering, healing and repairing. The better sleep you get, the better repairing and recovery. So how do you get better sleep? Well, first you need to get back to that childhood bedtime routine. Unfortunately, if you were one of those kids that didn't have one then you may have it a little harder. No worries!
