Infuse Your Water.

Its almost summer and temperatures are already rising. It super important to stay hydrated while out in the heat and excessive sweating.  Two comments I hear a lot with all the water recommendations that I make are: Water is so boring, Can I make it taste better? and All I drink is water, I need to mix it up. The answer: Infuse your water.  What does that mean? You can add fruit, leaves or essential oils - individually or combined - to your water. I personally love using essential oils in my water: lemon, peppermint, orange or citrus. It add a big kick and has a lot of alkalizing benefits. Mint leaves leave a bold taste the longer they sit & look pretty if you have a big clear bottle (definitely a conversation starter and makes you look like you know something).
