Infuse Your Water.
Its almost summer and temperatures are already rising.
It super important to stay hydrated while out in the heat and excessive sweating.
Two comments I hear a lot with all the water recommendations that I make are:
The answer: Infuse your water.
What does that mean? You can add fruit, leaves or essential oils - individually or combined - to your water.
I personally love using essential oils in my water: lemon, peppermint, orange or citrus. It add a big kick and has a lot of alkalizing benefits.
Mint leaves leave a bold taste the longer they sit & look pretty if you have a big clear bottle (definitely a conversation starter and makes you look like you know something).
Fruit with big tastes offer a great light taste - lemon, orange, grapefruit, cucumber
And I'll be completely honest don't expect a POW of flavor on that first sip, it mostly leaves a nice after taste. Of course this will depend on what you add and how much you add.
But the biggest benefit of infusing your water isn't just flavor enhancement & looking fancy;
it packs big benefits!
Pinterest is loaded with ideas for infusing your water.
But here is the general idea to create your own. Start simple and then add combinations as your get used to it and gain your confidence in the world of fancy decorated water.
