Take control of your schedule.

I recommend an agenda to many of my clients on their first session.
When I started out as a coach I was surprised by how many people not only did not use an agenda but also by the negative thoughts they had to a schedule and to a routine.
Many people fear becoming boring because they have a routine or feel they will become a slave to their scheduler/agenda. – This is a thought or relationship issue!

So, if that speaks truth to you or someone you know then let us take a look at what those words might register for you.
Without an agenda or schedule, how productive do you feel your days are?
Do you feel you could use more organization in your life?
If someone asked if you could help with a project for extra cash and when do you have an opening, do you know when that is or how to figure it out?
Let’s try this from another angle:
Do you want to be productive? To find more time in your day to accomplish goals or dreams, or maybe read a book?
How do you think very productive people work their schedules?
Having a schedule doesn’t limit your life, it allows you to take control of it and make the most of every moment. It allows you to maximize your time and gain insight into how you spend it. 
Imagine how much time you spend trying to remember everything you were supposed to get done, time fretting over being overbooked or even boredom on your day off wishing you had planned something.
THIS IS YOUR LIFE. DON’T MISS IT.

How about starting a bucket list making 2 columns – free or cheap stuff around town and then bigger to-dos.
What if you had a list  of all the things you keep imagining doing when you get an off day – so that you can actually do them when the day comes?!
How about planning that lunch with a friend before the week is over and another month has gone by without your bestie?!
