Who doesn't want great skin & a head full of healthy hair!? Many of us search for the answer to healthy skin and hair in the beauty and cosmetics isle, department stores or cosmetic department to purchase expensive products that stop work if they stop using. Like most things in life, we are seeking outside of ourselves for an answer when the answer is within (my yoga & buddha peeps know what I am talking about). But the same rings true for your skin. Add an extra 8oz for each hour of exercise and an extra 8oz for every 5lbs wanted to loose.   Whew! That is a lot of water! How can we drink that much in one day!?   Did you know that there are more opportune times to consume water too!?   Morning Before each meal/snack Last thing to consume in evening So, let's say we need to consume 12 glasses of water per day. ...
